We are delighted to announce that the HM Powerboats 10.5M RIB has been selected as a finalist in the high performance boat category for the Motor Boat Awards 2014.

Earlier in the year, HM Powerboats were fortunate enough to be invited to participate in a 2 day, intensive boating test which was arranged by the highly acclaimed Motor Boats and Yachting magazine, partner to Motorboats Monthly. Each of the RIBs participating were thoroughly sea trialled by MB&Y and after 2 full days spent on the Solent, with some of the best Ribs in the industry, HM Powerboats were delighted to be chosen by 2 out of 3 judges based looks, performance handling and stability.

The event was invigorating, exciting, demanding and exhilarating and every member of our team remain pleased that HM Powerboats was offered such an experience. Since this event MB&Y have continued with their recognised boat testings. These tests are appreciated worldwide by many and cover a multitude of categories including starter boats, performance, custom yachts, sports cruisers, flybridges, trawlers and walkarounds. The list of boats tested over the last year is long and included companies big and small, Quicksilver, Chris-Craft, Ferreti and Sunseeker.

Following these test events MB&Y have deliberated and whittled down the list to a select group to be finalists for the Motorboat Awards which we are proud to be one of.
